The King’s Award for Voluntary Service

We are honoured to announce that Homeless Hampers is amongst one of the first charities to be awarded the King’s Award for Voluntary Service.

The King’s Award is a highly esteemed accolade. It is an MBE and the highest award given to voluntary services, that honours organisations who have shown exceptional dedication to volunteering and community service. We consider it a privilege to receive such recognition and the Kings seal of approval.

We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to our volunteers, our donors and our supporters. You are all apart of our life time achievement award. You all made our commitment, hard work and dedication possible over the last 8 years to support our homeless and vulnerable communities. (Yes in 2 days time it’s also our 8th birthday)

Your support and encouragement has helped us to grow and given us strength to deal with some of our most difficult challenges. We are always proud to say we are a charity completely run by volunteers. Week in week out, we all take time away from our own families and loved ones to support our homeless family and a community that is at the heart of Homeless Hampers.

A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you. We can’t do what we do without you all.

We couldn’t be more proud but we remain completely humbled as always. #KAVS23💛
